Terrence L. Ruder has served as Vice President and General Manager of the Marketing and Midstream Division of Devon Energy Corp. since August 2001. In this capacity, he is responsible for the company's domestic and international marketing activities and the development and operation of its U.S. pipeline and gas processing businesses. Mr. Ruder joined Devon in 1999 as president of Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC., a Devon gas pipeline subsidiary operating in Wyoming.

Mr. Ruder has more than 30 years of energy industry experience in both domestic and international capacities. Prior to joining Devon, Mr. Ruder held a variety of marketing and business development positions with BHP Petroleum and BHP Power, the most recent of which was senior vice president and general manager of BHP Power in Brazil. He is on the Board of the Texas Pipeline Association and on the Board as Secretary/Treasurer of the Natural Gas Supply Association.

Mr. Ruder graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from Wichita State University. He and his wife, Cindi, reside in Edmond, Okla. and have three children and four grandchildren.
